These designs are derived from sub-groups of the multiplicative subgroups of doubly homogeneous groups.
Give the number of treatments (v), the (main) block size (k1), the sub-block size (k2) and the primitive root (x). The treatment number must be prime (sorry, not a prime power) and of the form 4k1t + 2k1 + 1; the program does not check that it is prime (at least, not in this version).
